International House Vancouver is a member of the International House World Organization, an educational trust founded in 1953 by John and Brita Haycraft. Their aim was to raise the standards of language teaching world-wide and this aim has remained central to the organization since. The network of schools affiliated with International House has grown to over 120 and are located in more than 42 different countries.

Since 1990, IH Vancouver has been offering the highest quality language programs to students from around the world. With a variety of programs and courses and an active social program, IH Vancouver is the ideal place to study and experience Vancouver.
